Cancellation Policy

Standard Cancellations
- Cancellations made at least 72 hours before delivery receive a full refund, minus any processing fees.
- Within 72 hours of delivery: partial refund or credit, depending on preparation already completed.
- Once items are delivered or en route, cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
Early Returns
- Returning rental items before the end of your rental period does not qualify for a refund on unused days.
No-Shows
- If delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable at the agreed time and location, the order may be treated as a no-show and may not qualify for a refund.
Changes to Your Booking
- We're happy to accommodate reasonable changes (delivery times, item substitutions) whenever possible. Contact us at least 72 hours before your delivery date.

The IKEA SNIGLAR Cot is a beautifully simple and sturdy baby cot crafted from solid beech wood — a hardwearing, durable, and renewable natural material. Its clean Scandinavian design fits easily into any nursery, and the natural beech finish pairs seamlessly with a wide range of décor styles. The cot base can be placed at two different heights, allowing you to adjust it as your baby grows. When your little one is a newborn, the higher base position makes it easier to lift them in and out; as they begin to sit and stand, the base can be lowered to keep them safely inside. The well-ventilated cot base promotes good air circulation, helping your child sleep comfortably throughout the night. Compliant with the European safety standard EN 716-1, the SNIGLAR cot is designed with your baby's safety as the top priority. With a maximum load capacity of 20 kg, it can be used from birth well into toddlerhood. Dimensions: 124 cm (L) × 66 cm (W) × 80 cm (H); sleeping area 60×120 cm — compatible with standard UK cot mattresses (sold separately).
