Standard Cancellations
- Cancellations made at least 72 hours before delivery receive a full refund, minus any processing fees.
- Within 72 hours of delivery: partial refund or credit, depending on preparation already completed.
- Once items are delivered or en route, cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
Early Returns
- Returning rental items before the end of your rental period does not qualify for a refund on unused days.
No-Shows
- If delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable at the agreed time and location, the order may be treated as a no-show and may not qualify for a refund.
Changes to Your Booking
- We're happy to accommodate reasonable changes (delivery times, item substitutions) whenever possible. Contact us at least 72 hours before your delivery date.

The Graco Stadium Duo Tandem Double Pushchair is designed for growing families who need to transport two children at once without compromising on comfort or convenience. Its clever stadium-style seating arrangement raises the rear seat slightly higher than the front, giving both children an unobstructed view of the world around them. The rear seat features a full lie-flat recline, making it suitable for newborns from birth, while the front seat offers a two-position recline and is ideal for babies from around 6 months. Both seats come with adjustable multi-position reclines, child trays with two cup holders each, extendable UPF 50+ canopies with peek-a-boo windows, and adjustable footrests for maximum comfort on longer outings. For travel system use, the Stadium Duo is compatible with up to two Graco SnugEssentials i-Size infant car seats (sold separately), which click onto the frame with a single motion — perfect for parents arriving at or departing from Heathrow Airport with young children. The large under-seat storage basket provides ample room for baby essentials, shopping, and luggage. The pushchair folds down easily with a one-hand fold mechanism and stands independently once folded, making it hassle-free to store in the boot of a car or in tight spaces. The frame accommodates children up to approximately 3 years old or 15 kg per seat.
