Cancellation Policy
We strive to be as flexible as possible while ensuring fairness for all parties.
Standard Cancellations
- Cancellations made at least 72 hours before delivery receive a full refund, minus any processing fees.
- Within 72 hours of delivery: partial refund or credit, depending on preparation already completed.
- Once items are delivered or en route, cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
Early Returns
- Returning rental items before the end of your rental period does not qualify for a refund on unused days.
No-Shows
- If delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable at the agreed time and location, the order may be treated as a no-show and may not qualify for a refund.
Changes to Your Booking
- We're happy to accommodate reasonable changes (delivery times, item substitutions) whenever possible. Contact us at least 72 hours before your delivery date.

The Kinderkraft MINK PRO i-Size 3-in-1 is an infant carrier that functions as a car seat, carrycot, and travel system component. Certified to the R129 i-Size standard for birth to 13 kg (40–75 cm), it features a 3-layered H-GUARD headrest for superior head and neck protection, and a Side Protect System for lateral collision safety. Can be installed via 3-point seat belt or the optional MINK FX ISOFIX base. When paired with compatible pushchair frames and universal adapters, it clicks onto the stroller without disturbing a sleeping baby.
