Cancellation Policy
We strive to be as flexible as possible while ensuring fairness for all parties.
Standard Cancellations
- Cancellations made at least 72 hours before delivery receive a full refund, minus any processing fees.
- Within 72 hours of delivery: partial refund or credit, depending on preparation already completed.
- Once items are delivered or en route, cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
Early Returns
- Returning rental items before the end of your rental period does not qualify for a refund on unused days.
No-Shows
- If delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable at the agreed time and location, the order may be treated as a no-show and may not qualify for a refund.
Changes to Your Booking
- We're happy to accommodate reasonable changes (delivery times, item substitutions) whenever possible. Contact us at least 72 hours before your delivery date.

The Joie Elevate R129 is a convertible toddler-to-booster seat supporting children from 76 to 150 cm (approximately 15 months to 12 years). In harness mode (76–105 cm), the 5-point harness keeps younger children secure; from 100 cm upward it transitions to a belted high-back booster. The 10-position one-hand adjustable headrest grows with your child. Removable, machine-washable covers make cleaning easy. Meets the highest ECE R129/03 safety standard including side-impact testing. Installation via 3-point vehicle seat belt.
