Cancellation Policy
We strive to be as flexible as possible while ensuring fairness for all parties.
Standard Cancellations
- Cancellations made at least 72 hours before delivery receive a full refund, minus any processing fees.
- Within 72 hours of delivery: partial refund or credit, depending on preparation already completed.
- Once items are delivered or en route, cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
Early Returns
- Returning rental items before the end of your rental period does not qualify for a refund on unused days.
No-Shows
- If delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable at the agreed time and location, the order may be treated as a no-show and may not qualify for a refund.
Changes to Your Booking
- We're happy to accommodate reasonable changes (delivery times, item substitutions) whenever possible. Contact us at least 72 hours before your delivery date.

The Cozy N Safe Hudson is a premium forward-facing ISOFIX car seat for children 9–36 kg (approximately 9 months to 12 years). The extra-strong 5-point integral harness is rated to 25 kg — significantly higher than many competitors — before transitioning to a high-back booster. Installation uses ISOFIX and top tether for maximum stability, or optionally the 3-point vehicle seat belt. Side impact protection panels add lateral safety, while deep padding, faux leather materials, and adjustable headrest ensure premium comfort. Includes toddler insert and soft chest pads.
