Cancellation Policy
We strive to be as flexible as possible while ensuring fairness for all parties.
Standard Cancellations
- Cancellations made at least 72 hours before delivery receive a full refund, minus any processing fees.
- Within 72 hours of delivery: partial refund or credit, depending on preparation already completed.
- Once items are delivered or en route, cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
Early Returns
- Returning rental items before the end of your rental period does not qualify for a refund on unused days.
No-Shows
- If delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable at the agreed time and location, the order may be treated as a no-show and may not qualify for a refund.
Changes to Your Booking
- We're happy to accommodate reasonable changes (delivery times, item substitutions) whenever possible. Contact us at least 72 hours before your delivery date.

The Kinderkraft COMFORT UP i-Size is a Group 1/2/3 car seat compliant with the R129 i-Size standard. Universal 3-point seat belt installation makes it compatible with virtually any vehicle without requiring ISOFIX. The EASY GROW SYSTEM simultaneously adjusts the headrest and 5-point harness across 11 positions. When using the seat belt directly, the internal harness conveniently tucks away.
